Judges: Lynn-Ellen St. Martin
An email was sent out to Judges reminding them to turn in their qualifying sheets within 5 days of shows, to Natali. Melinda Dexter will be retiring at the end of 2026 show season. We are still waiting for reimbursement from the judges seminar from MN 4H.
Marketing & Promotions: Rachel Duenow Rachel has been working on the Champ Show Special Edition Spotlight. Ready to post the Social Media policy.
Nominating: Ann Goebel Absent. Nothing new to report.
Procedures: Sara Schwartz Social Media Policy has been added as a new procedure.
Publicity: Lori Taylor
The court shared that their show went well, and they had a good turnout. The court has some extra ribbons that they plan to give out at Special Olympics. Hilary had the opportunity to judge a 4H show. At a 4H clinic, Kristi was asked to be the keynote speaker, and Hilary served as a clinician.
Royalty: Bridget Behrns
Absent. Bridget is working with Herald Journal to make the banquet flyer active in the forms section of the website. All other material is in place. Bridget has received some calls of people wanting to assist with the judging portion on banquet day. Bridget is seeking sponsors for awards for the newly crowned court. Please reach out to Bridget with interest in sponsoring.
Rulebook: Annie Mickelson
Absent. It was discussed that the cost of the rulebook should be increased significantly to help cover cost of print and postage. It was also discussed that quantity of rulebooks printed and sales will be tracked. Options going forward will be looked into. The Royalty sold $ 75 worth of rulebooks at the expo.
