Old Business:-Equiscribe-Matthew will be updating AWS for us and transitioning us from Sendgrid to SES, as discussed at the last meeting. We are told that the site will not be down while that is happening.
New Business:
-Board Member Agreement-The board member agreement has been revised and seeking approval, to include Social Media Policy, Code of conduct and all current policies.
A motion was made by James Duenow seconded by Julia Northwick, to approve the revised Board member agreement as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
With no further new business, a motion was made by Julie Gintner, seconded by Courtney Betsch to adjourn the June 3, 2026 Board of Directors meeting at 7:36 pm. Motion passed unanimously.
