Message from the Mayor of Durban
Durban hosted the 10th International ASPC Forum last year with tremendous success. Delegates from
40 Countries enjoyed our beautiful city. Networks were formed and opportunities were created that have
furthered sport development internationally, within our city and in Africa as a whole. As a legacy of the
Forum held last year we are proud to be the host city of the Inaugural ASPC African Continental Sport
Forum.
We welcome the 1st ASPC African Sport Forum and Forum Delegates to our vibrant City with its rich
cultural and sporting heritage. We are grateful for the opportunities that this Forum will create for sport in
Africa.
