Nostalgia being a brand people grow up with, we must use its benefits in Wyanadan Entrepreneurship Development Programme. With effective local branding techniques, we can attract both local and foreign customers to Wyanadan products and services.

Wyanadan Entrepreneurship Development Programme (WEDP) can use the new strategy that is ‘Glocalisation’. It refers to the increasing market advantage of local business versus global companies. Glocalisation is an extension of “Think global Act local” grass roots movements. “Think global Act local” is about taking larger responsibility as entrepreneurs of Wayanad District and creating individual impact on policies and practices on a wider scale. Thus local branding is a good remedy for Entrepreneurship backwardness of Wayanad District.
