Art for me, is a chance to explore our self. I was always
interested in creativity and art field. So, when I joined
GNITS, and I got to know that there is an art club named
Artista, which deals with all creative events, I immediately
joined the club. Aparna madam helped and guided us, if had
any problems. My very first event of Artista was
photography, bit of luck and a lot of memories. During my
tenure, all the EB members were very supportive for every
event conducted. I got to know a lot of new perspectives like
managing work in time, handling different situations and
people. I also have gained confidence in conducting events,
and I have mastered my stage fear. Knowledge regarding art
field was a bonus. I would cherish the days I was part of the
club.

Art is not something that can be learnt but, it is the
expression of human imagination for me. Art is not just a
physical appearance but more than what you see. A
healthy thriving Art Club, according to me, will be one
whose membership welcomes any age group, and all
levels of experience, from beginners to professionals.
Artista is one such platform. Meeting with others, on the
same learning journey as me, helped me learn much more
than arts.
Aparna mam supported our art work throughout the
journey and helped us in every event. I worked in Rang
2018 and met the present complete EB. They are all very
supportive and inspirational. Our EB have worked to
make every event a best one. My favourite work till date,
is about ALUMNI MEET where we prepared everything
with the constant support of all the coordinators and
volunteers. It turned out great and brought immense
happiness to all the ALUMNI participants and to our team.
I feel extremely honourable being in ARTISTA EB.
Throughout my journey in Artista, there is a collection of
good memories, which will remain as a beautiful page in
my life book.
