• Coffee and Tourism is a networking night scheduled for three locations in the winter of Aroostook . Donations of radio ads and host locations have been secured . Houlton , Caribou , and Madawaska will be the locations .
• ACT Partners email list has 1,789 subscribers . Three emails were sent in this period with an average open rate of 42 %
• # VisitAroostook is a campaign deployed in-region to spark user-generated content . 300 table toppers ( QR code sends to winter hubs on visitaroostook . com and to vote for your favorite business ), 150 door clings ( QR code sends to winter hubs on visitaroostook . com ), and 10,000 coasters ( qr code sends to snowmobile map ). These materials will be distributed to 20 in-region businesses frequented by winter visitors .
• ACT has been gifted an accepted tradeshow space for the Top of Maine Tradeshow , Southern Aroostook Business Expo , and Kiwanis Swing into Spring Showcase . Here , ACT will connect with ACT Partners to show the marketing work being done and onboard them onto the ACT Partners Dashboard .
• Aroostook County Board of Directors Meetings were held twice in this period and all are welcome to join the last Thursday of each month from 10-11:00 AM . The length of meetings has been shortened to increase board quorum at meetings .
• Wednesday Ski Report and Thursday Snowmobile Trail Report have a new place on visitaroostook . com . Done each week in season . Aroostook County Tourism is exactly on budget in accordance with the timeline of grant activities outlined in the original MTPP grant . Cash Match for the program is as expected with revenue from Maine Invites You coop ad buy , banner ads in email advertising , and regional guidebook ad sales have begun . ACT has overspending in advertorial buys and print placements , this activity combined Canadian Advertising and revenue from ad sales .
