ACT has identified two energetic individuals who are excited to highlight the experience of Aroostook to their audience generously: Katie Zarrilli and the Downeast Cowboy. ACT will work collaboratively with either or both to identify the best mix of content that authentically reflects the activities, culture, and history of Aroostook County. The vertical format videos can be reutilized off social media with articles on VisitAroostook. com to extend the content ' s lifespan. Costs for these two identified influencers will be covered by the digital marketing budget and are not to exceed $ 3,000

• Email Marketing ACT maintains two email audiences: Visitor Monthly Email and ACT Partners Quarterly Email. ACT will engage prospective visitors through email to our highly engaged subscribers who elect to receive communication from ACT. These visitor emails inspire travel through upcoming events, recent ACT-published content, special offer listings, and guidebook requests, and drive visitors to VisitAroostook. com. ACT grows the Visitors Monthly Email through MPX subscribers and the Weekend Getaway Giveaway entries. ACT will maintain one banner advertisement from a paying business in each email marketing message.
ACT Partners receive communication from ACT about ways to participate in tourism, MOT information, training, and reminders to utilize the Stakeholder hub on the new website. • Print Marketing Printed marketing materials remain a powerful tool to inspire, guide, and invite visitors to Aroostook County. ACT maintains 11 designs that include the Official Travel Guide, Regional Map, Water Trails, St. John Valley / Fish River National Scenic Byway Map, Katahdin Woods and Waters National Scenic Byway Map, four postcard designs, and the Aroostook County ATV Map. Some designs are purchased in bulk to last in the library longer than a single year and others provide a cost saving with bulk ordering.
