CTV Broadcast Advertising ACT will produce and run three 0:30 video commercials delivered through Primion OTT / CTV advertising in January( Maine’ s Best Winter), May( 1,300 Miles of ATV Trails), and June( Summer Aroostook). Canadian Advertising Two print publications paired with targeted social media advertising will be delivered to the Canadian target market for general awareness advertising. East Coast Traveler | 60,000 printed copies: full-page advertisement Will Identify a second print publication NewsCenter Maine Up to 20 of Aroostook County’ s largest Signature Events will be highlighted through NewsCenter Maine utilizing the media group ' s digital products to deliver banner advertising. Additionally, ACT will feed event information directly to Samantha York of‘ Maine Things To Do’ for consideration for segment inclusion.
• Vacation Giveaway ACT will create excitement about travel to The County with a weekend giveaway experience. This activity allows ACT to capture visitor contact information to enroll them in ACT email marketing program and social media engagement. A person who enrolls in the ACT giveaway is subject to five robust marketing messages that put the very best content in front of the contestant at entry, confirmation, update, announcement, and continued monthly email marketing. This creates a longer engagement time between ACT and the contestant and the opportunity to put swoon-worthy content directly in their hands so whether they win or not they are more aware of what a getaway to the region could be like. o Weekend Experience Giveaway collects entries for three months online and at trade shows, the actual weekend will occur in January. A southern Aroostook lodging property will be asked to donate four days and three nights of lodging.
• Domestic Trade Shows ACT will put Aroostook County in front of thousands of prospective visitors to the region and reconnect with past visitors through participation in four trade shows. ACT will attend three snowmobile shows, a sportsmen show, and will consider the Fryeburg Fair should a partner organization be identified. ACT utilizes booth space, posters, and a vacation giveaway offer to maximize the reach of the physical booth presence paired with geofenced meta advertisements that display around the show dates.
