lyzed. Table 2H further details the based aircraft per 1,000 residents in the City. A constant ratio of
based aircraft per 1,000 residents projection (0.69) results in based aircraft growing at the same rate as
the local population and yields 276 based aircraft by 2024. The historical average ratio projection
(0.80) yields 321 based aircraft at the end of 10‐year planning period.
