Design Approach to Tenant Installation Controls and Signage As part of the lease negotiations and a condition of the lease , the tenants were issued with well-defined and specific instructions in order to manage the installation and design . This process was rigorously managed from the beginning with the initial tenant design scrutinised . Only once the full design was completed and approved could the construction begin which was then managed and finally
a certificate of compliance was issued . The management of the process allowed the design team to achieve unique and individual design for each tenant that maintained an acceptable standard .
Environmental Techniques in the Design The opening of the external façade required sun and rain control and this was achieved with louvres on and above the glass façades and canopies above the entrance doors .
