Irene Link is a naturally connected precinct, seamlessly combining office, retail, residential and lifestyle amenities into one centralised location. Ideally situated next to the sought-after Irene Security Estate in Doringkloof, this mixed-use precinct offers excellent visibility from the N1 highway in both a northerly and southernly direction. Building E is the latest commercial building to be completed in the Irene Link precinct. Building E bookends the highway-facing commercial portion of the precinct and therefore needed to be similar to the other buildings but striking in its own right. The building returns to the rectilinear architecture already present. This rectilinear design makes a striking juxtaposed statement compared to the adjacent Building D which is organic and curvilinear in form. The ground and third-floor glazing are set back as per the previously mentioned design concept.
Irene Link Building E marks the continuation of the successful development of premium office buildings within the precinct.
