A 620 kWp solar PV system with battery backup, over 600 CCTV cameras and a 1.1 million-litre stormwater tank integrate technology with environmental responsibility. Designed to EDGE Advanced Certification standards, it reduces energy use, water consumption and embodied carbon, proving efficiency can coexist with architectural ambition.
