The central square features varying levels and heights of planters lined with seating, acting as a mediator between the buildings to ensure the correct balance between built fabric, open spaces and greenery. There is a central coffee shop( Mugg & Bean) with surrounding decks for seating, serving as an external meeting place.
Challenges As with everyone in the industry, Covid had a significant impact on this project. Building 1( 4,312m ²), which hosts a single tenant, was completed and occupied at the end of 2018. Building 2( 4,394m ² – multi-tenanted) was completed mid-2019. Building 3( originally designed to be 3,500m ²) was delayed due to Covid.
The migration back to the office during 2023 meant it was finally time to start the construction of Building 3 in 2024, and the client even requested
