The development comprises 30 units accommodating a total of 55 beds, distributed across 12 Solo Units, 11 Duo Units, and 7 Trio Units. This mix ensures a range of living arrangements.
Spatial Organisation and Atrium The established development model prioritises well-proportioned private rooms, natural light, and strong communal infrastructure. For Poplar House, maintaining these standards required a highly efficient layout and vertical organisation. The units are arranged around a central open atrium, which brings daylight and fresh air into the building and establishes visual connectivity between levels. The building is organised across five levels.
