• A sophisticated BMS has been installed ;
• Energy efficient light fittings and lamps have been installed ;
• Individual switching of lights and occupancy sensors have been employed , with lighting switch zones not more than 100m 2 .
Transport
• The minimum number of parking bays required by the local authority has been provided ;
• Parking preference will be given to hybrid vehicles and motorcycles ;
• Parking preference will be given to employees making use of carpooling ;
• Bicycle storage , showering and changing facilities have been provided for staff as well as visitors ;
• Mass transport is available within 1 km ( and will improve with the new IRT system );
• An ATM , convenience retail , restaurant and optometrist etc . are located within 400m .
