The East and West campus make a strong
Architectural statement and the two buildings
provide abutments forming a ‘gateway to the

city’ along Jan Smuts Avenue towards the
Johannesburg City Centre.
The west façade treatment reflects the
external views described above and provides
a sun shade to the west sun up to 16:00 in the
afternoon at the lowest winter sun angle.
