SITE PLAN
blocks are also organised around the communal ‘ clubhouse ’ building that sits at the heart of the development , providing direct accessibility to the various amenities . Each block provides residents with access to a communal roof patio space for social events . The design and placement of the buildings on the site capitalise on the incredible views of the golf course and the natural surroundings .
Semi-basement parking structures underneath the blocks allow vehicles to be hidden out of sight , removing the need for large amounts of visible parking at street level .
PLAN : Care Center
Façade Externally each block is coated with a dark Marmoran finish on the ground floor , creating a more solid-looking plinth that anchors the building and also reduces maintenance . The upper floors are finished in a lighter colour . A series of masonry fins on the façade act as structural support for the covered balconies and break up the length of the façade into smaller parts , thus reducing the sense of scale . Upper floor balconies have timber screens that provide both shade and privacy .
