The fins also conceal all the stormwater reticulation from the roof and balconies . Some of the North-facing balconies have a planter incorporated into the design , allowing residents without gardens to still enjoy the opportunity to garden and to provide privacy from Edward Drive . The planters allow residents to take ownership of their apartments and create a degree of selfexpression . The planting creates a beautiful green façade that will change with the seasons .
The entrances to the buildings are framed with a pergola which acts as the threshold into the building and also has seating incorporated into the design , allowing for residents to meet or wait for visitors in a shaded environment .
