Jerry, sired by the late Super Lynx and out of Sweet Little Peppy, was bred in partnership by the late Sue Temperton( New Zealand) and Trish Wettenhall of Triandibo Stud in Hoddles Creek, Victoria. Affectionately named after comedian Jerry Seinfeld, his paddock name suits him perfectly— Jerry has a playful, mischievous personality and a knack for keeping everyone on their toes, always ready to set you up for a laugh when you least expect it.
Purchased as a rising two-year-old by Rick Platenkamp and Helen Laycock, Jerry began his saddle training at age two and quickly found success in the show ring, competing at major events with Trish Wettenhall. Bred to be an exceptional all-round performance horse, Jerry lived up to his pedigree. Both his sire, Super Lynx, and dam, Sweet Little Peppy, earned points across a wide range of disciplines— including Open, Amateur, and Youth events.
