Teacher Efficacy: A New Framework

We piloted a new Teacher Efficacy Tool in 2024 – 2025, developed in consultation with Teach For All’ s global Data and Research team, measuring three pillars: classroom observation, teacher leadership, and student academic achievement. The results validated our model:

A moderate positive correlation of 0.48 between instructional practice and leadership effectiveness confirms what we have always believed: great teaching and great leadership are not separate skills. They reinforce each other, and our program is designed to cultivate both simultaneously.
