Student Leadership
We assess student leadership twice a year using an internal framework validated by the UCLA School of Education in partnership with CRESST. Students achieved an average score of 3.2 out of 4.0, meeting the target. Strengths emerged in relationshipbuilding and collaborative action planning, with room for growth in shared vision and evaluation of collective action. These leadership assessments ensure that our impact extends beyond academic metrics to the development of young people as agents of change in their own communities.
Teacher-Leader & Principal Satisfaction
95 % of Teacher-Leaders reported satisfaction with their overall Teach For Armenia experience. 90 % expressed belief in the Kochari Movement, deep alignment with the broader mission and vision. Among school principals, 99 % appreciate the existing partnership, 95 % believe our training shaped Teacher-Leaders into innovative educators, and 84 % want to continue and deepen collaboration. These satisfaction metrics reflect more than program quality. They signal genuine trust between AEI’ s Teach For Armenia initiative and the public school system.
