Develop a set of explicit core competencies as the basis for employee recruitment and review processes .
The Leadership team has developed a set of core employee competencies and leadership competencies that are ready to be shared with employees for feedback prior to incorporation into recruitment and review processes

Establish a framework to develop students ’ skills to engage constructively with multiple ideological perspectives .
The planned Professional Learning Community work could not proceed after the leading facilitator became unavailable .
However , research on different models was completed , training was completed and existing practices were evaluated , ready to underpin the next stage of work in Year Two .
