326 physicians had opted to participate in the QI groups subset program tion allows for group members to collaboratively develop and submit a single Practice Improvement Plan ( PIP ).
Supportive Coaching
For those physicians who require additional support , one-on-one coaching ( QI Individuals ) and group coaching ( Group subset ) is provided . Coaches work to support QI participants to enhance and refine QI goals to make them more achievable .

Quality Partnership with Hospitals
CPSO ’ s QI Partnership program offers an opportunity for hospitals to work with the College to deliver a single quality oversight program . Collaborating with the College provides hospital physicians with access to our online tools designed to promote evidence-based self-reflection , peer support and self-improvement . This partnership allows physicians to align with QI initiatives that are most meaningful and relevant to their hospital environment , and align with their organization ’ s strategy . Like our program for individuals , our Partnership program exceeded performance expectations . By the end of 2022 , 54 hospitals signed on to the partnership , surpassing our target of establishing 40 hospital QI partnerships .
