Minutes of the 57th National AGM 10 & 19. Motions MOTION NO 7 MOMO to be the only official platform for submitting the table meeting minutes . Proposed by NEx Motion not affecting the constitution . Requires simple majority It is hereby proposed that MOMOs to be the only official platform for submitting the table meeting minutes and no meeting minutes will be accepted by national or area if sent otherwise. Explanation MOMO was introduced with an aim to reduce the burden on the table secretaries for preparing the meeting minutes as it helps in the consolidation of data at one particular platform and thus increasing the efficiency of table secretaries. Moreover it also helps the national secretary as well as the area secretary to keep a track of all the minutes of tables on one platform. Since it’s inception MOMOs has been accepted by all tables and after years of trial this platform has suited the most to all the secretaries for submitting their table minutes . Hence the NEx feels to adopt MOMOs as the only official platform where the minutes will be acknowledged by the area and national head board and any other form of submission will be deemed as invalid.
