Minutes of the 57th National AGM 10 & 19. Motions MOTION NO 9 Reorganisation of Area 5 (Contdā€¦) Explanation As per the national rule an area has to reorganize after reaching a strength of 20 tables. And hence this is the proposal from Area 5 which already is sitting on 34 tables and we need to reorganize on urgent basis as per the directions given by the NEx. Amendment Proposed By RT 229 Motion not effecting the constitution Simple majority required. It is hereby proposed that the current Area 5 comprising of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Dehradun, Agra, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh and Ludhiana shall reorganize into the following 3 Areas at the Area AGM 2020. 1st Area Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad (15 Tables) 2nd Area Chandigarh, Ludhiana , Dehradun, Gurgaon, Faridabad- 10 Tables Plus target to is to make 3 tables in Punjab Target cities Karnal, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala) 3rd Area Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Agra-9 Tables Plus target to is to make 2 tables in Central India (Target cities Gwalior, Rewa, Bhopal, Ujjain) It is further stated that in the event that 2 new tables listed are formed stand alone in Punjab & 2 new tables as listed are formed stand alone in Central India; Gurgaon, Faridabad & Agra tables can remain to be the in the first Area along with Delhi. In this case, a revised motion for reorganisation along with fresh tables will be tabled at the next years Area AGM. Proposed by: Area 5 Seconded by: RT229 Speakers FOR the motion: Tr. Sachin Shah HART153 mentioned that this has been the talk to reorganise for last few year and this will benefit the movement. Tr. Vinay RT257 was optimistic that by 2020 central India will form an area with 10 Tables atleast. AHT.Deepak Bhansali was part of reorganisation team and vouch for new areas to be formed in 2020 which will help leadership which will be fruitful for new area the best example being Area 12. Tr. Christopher RT31 mentioned that a through though process and roadmap is well planned and should be adopted. Speakers AGAINST the motion: Tr.
