MOTION NO 10 (Contd…)
It is hereby resolved that the membership of Thane Lake City Round Table be revoked
from the associate membership of Round Table India.

Clarification:
Tr. Venkataramani PHRT167 asked if a Table can bring up a motion to revoke the membership
of another table. Tr. Piyush Daga replied that till a Table is chartered it is the responsibility of
sponsor Table and they have the right to do so.
Speakers FOR the Motion:
Tr. Dhruv Agarwal BURT194 gave a feedback of a member who he has proposed to the Table
and mentioned that the Table was not responsive and hence Tr. Dhruv RT184 requested to
support revocation of membership fo the Table.

MOTION NO 9
Reorganisation of Area 5
Proposed by: Area 5
Motion not effecting the constitution
Simple majority required.
It is hereby proposed that the current Area 5 comprising of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon,
Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Dehradun, Agra, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh and Ludhiana shall
reorganize into the following 3 Areas at the Area AGM 2019. In case minimum 9 tables
are not achieved in a given Area that is proposed, then the final deadline for the
proposed reorganization would be 2020 Area AGM.
Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Agra, Dehradun (20 Tables)
2nd Area Chandigarh, Ludhiana, - 6 Tables Plus target to is to make 3 tables in Punjab
(Target cities Karnal, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala)
