MOTION No. 6
Submission of Form A3 post conducting TOP/TDP/APT/PTBAT
Explanation and Suggested Change:
The A3 can be submitted after completing a minimum of 4 meetings and the APT/TDP.
The APT/TDP may or may not be a numbered meet. Today the tables may submit an A3
after conducting 4 meetings but the permission still cannot be granted for Charter with the
APT/TDP pending, which would necessitate another communication to the Extension
Conveners and National President in order to give sanctity to the A3 and issue permission
to Charter and allot the table number.
Submitting the A3 post conducting the APT/TDP gives the A3 much more sanctity in
issuing the Charter permission and Table number as there is also a minimum requirement
of the number of tablers of the new table in attendance at the session; the information of
which too can be incorporate into the A3. This would make the A3 a complete and well-
rounded document. The A3 then becomes a final document prepared by the Sponsor
Table based on which the National Extension Team and the President can evaluate and
take the final decision of Charter. after conducting 4 meetings but the permission still
