Inside the Air Space Hanger
By the end of the day we were
all very tired, having had a great
day. Ensuring we made one last
stop at the beautiful American War
Cemetery and Memorial. You could
see all of the neatly arranged white
crosses shaped in one big semicircle around a memorial for the unknown and missing.
By the end all of us were tired,
Cadets Scott and Marsh fell asleep
pretty quickly. However for those
still awake, we were hoping we were

going in the right direction, for if we
got lost, will we get home on the
day?

laughed “I don’t think I can afford a
Travelodge!” Civilian Instructor Burgess added “don’t worry, us girls will
have the Travelodge” and I joked
“the boys can use their field craft
skills and fend for themselves if we
get lost.”
But luckily we all managed to
reach Cosford, having had a wonderful and fun day. ●
