Altitude 2497 COSFORD SQUADRON And of course no horse trials would be complete without the rescued pantomime horse and its jockey sitting proudly upon its back. Can you spot Flt Sgt Lofthouse?!?!? The Cadets followed the same routine as Saturday with an added early morning exercises and a run to get warm. It was an early start again on Sunday morning and each tent was covered in a blanket of frost. Throughout the day cadets were relieved of their duties to participate in activities such as swimming and learning survival skills. But it wasn’t a problem as an industrial sized grill was fired up, with Flt Lt Park from Shawbury Sqn frying his way through piles of bacon for all the Cadets and Staff. All in all the weekend was a great success, packed full of activities and full of great fun. I would recommend people to take part in the event next time.
