Side Leg Lift

1. Lie on right sid and place elbow under shoulder

2. Lift left leg up 45 degrees, lower without touching bottom foot

3. Repeat

4. Alternate legs and repeat

Bicep Curls

1. Stand with feet hip distance apart

2. Free weights in hands, arms at sides, palms up

3. Lift weights up by bending elbows and squeezing the biceps, keep elbows tucked in
