Do you just love eating those chicken nuggets, hamburgers and fries from Mcdonalds or Burger King? The happy meals that come with a little toy. The fast food restaurants that you love to go to, the ice cream parlors that you love to hang out with your friends at. Junk foods should not be consumed at high rates.
Stay away from getting a coffee every morning or eating a donut for breakfast everyday or eating ice cream for dessert every night. Each piece of salt and vinegar or barbecue chip that you pick up and eat there is a health risk. Do you wanna stay healthy, and live a long life? Is eating junk foods, donuts, coca cola, or ice cream really worth the health dangers. Too much junk food could result in having diabetes, obesity, and is a risk to your internal body.
