Increase in National-Service-Volunteer allocation
to ALEH Bnei Brak
04
National Service volunteers are one of the backbones of the care and love that ALEH provides to its residents . These young people are full of positive energy and love . They plan and operate a wide variety of programs , and shower the residents with affection and attention . For years , the National Service allocation to ALEH Bnei Brak has been for only two girls . In a very significant step , after a lengthy process of negotiation with the relevant authorities , the allocation of National Service volunteers was increased to 12 during 2016 . The residents now benefit from the presence of 10 National Service girls and two boys . In addition to the ongoing support and love that these volunteers provide to the residents , they facilitate many afternoon activities , organize volunteer Shabbats ( there is minimal staff at the residence during Shabbat ), and offer invaluable assistance to the staff .
