The new special education school wing at ALEH Negev-Nahalat Eran opened in time for the 5777 school year . The school serves both residents of the village and children with special needs from the area , and was previously filled beyond capacity , forcing two classes to be held elsewhere , and making it impossible to absorb more students . The new wing will enable absorption of 50 new students altogether , of whom 21 have already been integrated . Spaces in the school are in great demand , due to its excellent reputation . The new wing houses eight new classrooms , therapy and practice rooms , offices and a therapeutic apartment for practicing life skills .
