We have performed extensive literature reviews from leading academic journals and Business schools programs plus conducted many interviews with industry leaders and executive coaches / mentors to come up with a gap analysis on leadership development. Not surprisingly experiential( action) learning was a key element missing from all programs that promote leadership development.
