Attending the AGSM MBA (Executive) program
was more than just getting a qualification. It was
beyond creating a network that could potentially
nurture a future career and more than making
friends or creating high quality connections.

What changed my life more specifically was my
introduction to leadership behaviours through
the extracurricular activity that I engaged
with under the patronage of the Student
Development Office at AGSM. I was able to
identify my strengths and how to integrate my
vision and strategy with my ability to activate
others and deliver real achievements. It was
not until then that I was able to take everyone
through a journey reflecting on my own career
development and make my management team
feel they were an inclusive part of the process.
It was the power of building the trust and
credibility shortly after being promoted to GM

My passion for leadership and desire to change
others’ lives just like I changed mine led me to
meet my now business partner and current
AGSM EMBA candidate Nizar Hoblos. We both
share the same passion and have the resolve
and commitment to deliver the same effect to
others.
Our aim is to create a platform that can assist
“next leaders” in their transition journey and
facilitate a transformational program within their
organisations, hence the birth of “nxtLeader”.
We believe in leadership as a role someone
plays, not a position someone holds. At
