Yoga
Increase your strength, flexibility and
your ability to focus and relax. Classes
include breathing exercises, postures and
final relaxation. Yoga is practiced without
wearing socks or shoes. Wear comfortable
clothing and bring a yoga mat and water.

New! Small Group Personal Training
Experience individualized strength training and conditioning using free weights, machines,
TRX, and more! This is appropriate for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities with lots of
modifications available. Designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, endurance,
bone and joint health, heart health, and more. Participants work in a small group (8 or
less) led by a nationally-certified personal trainer to receive individualized instruction,
ensuring safety and effectiveness. All sessions are held at Success Fitness and Training.
If you register for more than one class per week, classes will be discounted by $2 per
