New! Yoga—Flow and Restore
Flow and Restore Yoga is a combination
class of movement and rest. The first half
of the class is a gentle yoga flow easing
into Yin poses held for longer periods to
nourish the connective tissues of the body
and restorative poses designed to provide
complete rest as you end your day. This
combination of movement and rest is
designed to bring a feeling of peace and
renewal. Bring a mat and water bottle. Yoga
props are provided or you may bring your

Already walking for exercise and
enjoyment? Take a simple walk and turn
it into a full body workout without feeling
like you are working any harder! Increase
your heart rate, burn more calories,
strengthen your upper body and create
resistance to build better bone density.
Poles are provided for use during this walk
and information is available on where to
purchase poles of your own for future
walks. Give it a try, you will be hooked!
Wear comfortable shoes and dress for
weather, the class is held outside. Meet at
Gladstone. Following instruction, you will be
