SUNDAY
NFL Flag Football
Ages: 5 – 11 Each season starts with a skills evaluation followed by a selection process to determine teams. Safety, skill development, and fun are the focus. Each participant receives an NFL jersey and flag belt. Practice prior to each game will be facilitated by volunteer coaches. All games played on Sunday at Byrd Middle School. Sign up early! Volunteers needed for coaching. Limited space in each division. Skill evaluation: Kindergarten & 1st Grade – 1:30 p. m. 2nd & 3rd Grades – 2:00 p. m. 4th & 5th Grades – 2:30 p. m. NBA Fit Basketball League

Advanced Martial Arts
Ages: 8- 11 Instructor: Sifu Marcus Evans This program takes exercises from the Chinese art of Ving Tsun Kung Fu. The classes are specially designed to help your children gain confidence to resist negative peer pressure. The exercises develop valuable skills such as: self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, respect, balance and coordination. Uniform is required – includes shirt and pants at a cost of $ 40.
