Ages: 3 1 / 2 – 5 Instructor: Melanie Marks Check out this new EXTENDED class! Sugar and spice and everything nice, that’ s what cookies are made of! The children will cook or bake something special each week. Learn about measuring, mixing, baking and other fun cooking skills. Tiny Tumblers
Ages: 3- 5 Instructor: Josh Shenker Children explore and discover their physical ability through basic gymnastics. Yoga Zoo
Ages: 3 – 5 Instructor: Deirdre Turner This fun-filled class is designed to introduce young children to yoga. Balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and focus are developed as we explore a series of yoga postures. • Children must be toilet trained to participate in enrichment classes ages 3 +.
• Children should be able to follow ageappropriate direction including waiting their turn.
• Children should be able to behave appropriately in a group / social environment( able to work with others).
Class Eligibility:
• To take a 2-year-old class, children must be 2 years of age by 10 / 31 / 13.
• To take a 3-year-old class, children must be 3 years of age by 10 / 31 / 13.
• To take a 4-year-old class, children must be 4 years of age by 10 / 31 / 13.

Let’ s Make Music Together
Ages: Newborn – 5 years Instructor: Emily Taylor Regardless of your own musical ability, find fun in the playfully creative environment supporting your child’ s primary music development. Children participate at their own level in classes of mixed ages by singing, moving, chanting, listening and exploring child-safe percussion instruments with a parent or caregiver who models musical behavior. Creative Movement
Ages: 3- 4 Instructor: Sarah Rupel Creative Movement focuses on dance fundamentals your child needs in all dance genres throughout his / her dance education. We concentrate on balance, spatial awareness and locomotor skills( marching, galloping and skipping). Students explore the use of weight, time and other movement qualities they can apply in dance as well as in everyday life( sharing, communication and problem solving). Your child will also be introduced to choreography and the creative process of dance through stories. This is a great class for creative and motor skills development, which can enhance all areas of your child’ s development. Leotard please( shoes not required). The Dance Recital will be on May 18, 2014 for those students doing the whole year program with an additional recital fee of $ 65. Code: 14339 Mondays: 1:00- 1:45 p. m. Dance Discovery I
Ages: 4- 5 Instructor: Sarah Rupel In Dance Discovery I, students will continue to explore locomotor skills plus add sequencing, coordination and musicality to their dance skills. Dance terminology and basic ballet positions are introduced. Students are given opportunities to create individual and duet dance phrases, further developing their understanding of dance composition and improvisation. Leotard and ballet slippers required.
