AQUATICS Aquatics Director: Rhythm & Motion fuses dance styles and eclectic music to create an invigorating, physically challenging and fun dance-based workout. Come experience the spirit, expressiveness and freedom of movement no matter what your level or background. In partnership with the Weinstein JCC, classes are taught by experienced dancers from The School of Richmond Ballet. Rhythm & Motion is for everyone! This dance workout program cultivates a welcoming, accepting atmosphere that promotes health and well-being for all people regardless of background. Mondays at 6:30 p.m. at the Weinstein JCC 10 - class punch card - $80 member / $100 nonmember Or $10 M / $12 NM drop-in Ballet Stretch Improve balance, body awareness, mind/body connection, flexibility, toning, posture and selfesteem. 30-minute mat work includes alignment exercises and slow, stretching exercises, emphasizing range of motion, joint isolation and correct posture. 45-minute barre work, which includes traditional ballet exercises, weight transfers and balance exercises. Lessons can be customized to meet your swimming needs. Our goal is to be inclusive and supportive, so please let us know if your child has any special needs of which we should be aware.
