bearing strength, postural alignment and balance.
This is a movement class, which flows with the
breath and music and incorporates Dance, Yoga and
Tai Chi principles.

Israeli Folk Dance – Beginners
Instructor: Ellen Bernstein
This class continues to be one of the most popular
classes at the Weinstein JCC. In a warm and
inviting atmosphere, learn the steps involved
with Israeli dancing, both traditional and modern.

For those who love to dance and have some
knowledge of Israeli Folk Dance, this class
provides the opportunity to “just dance” and
to learn new dances as well.

Group Fitness Classes (Ages 14+)
Cycle Core - cycle with a mix of core exercises
on and off the bike.
Cycle - all terrain rides for enthusiasts of all
levels; one-hour class.
90min Cycle - 1.5 hour cycle class
Cycle Fusion - 75 min. class (60 min of cycling
and 15 min. Abs+)
BOOTCAMP - inside/outside class with
strength/cardio intervals and drills with
some running (high intensity class).

Endurance strength training where muscle
and music collide! 60 min class that
is suitable for all levels...The fastest way to get
in shape!
Cardiopump - is a 60 min modified bootcamp
class. Class will go outside, cycle
and may go in the pool. Be prepared for running, push-ups, squats, etc.
Fit and Fabulous - low impact class with MC
followed by a 15-minute stretch.
Intermediate Step (Int. Step) - choreography
is more complex with optional
power moves, abs & back included.
Step Interval (SInt.) - intermediate step with 5
minute intervals cycled with
2 minutes of MC. Abs & back included.
Ashtanga Yoga - links breath with movement in
a modified practice of the primary series. 75 min.

Adult Intermediate Ballet
Flow Yoga - links breath and movement in an
active yoga practice.
Gentle Yoga - perfect for beginners or those who
want yoga at a slower pace.
Mindful Yoga - a mixed level yoga class for beginners and experienced students, this class will
empower you and bring awareness to everything
we do on the mat as well as in life. Proper breath,
alignment, and mindfulness are taught throughout the class, fostering a sense of wellness and
confidence that can be felt for days.
Foundational Yoga - combines poses, breathing
exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. You
will build a proper foundation for your practice,

Piloxing - is a low impact, high intensity
workout is both fun and challenging
blending the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and
flexibility of Pilates, incorporating some fun
dance moves making PILOXING an
effective workout for all fitness levels.

music through a variety of exercises designed
to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles and a
SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.
A chair is available if needed.
Zumba - heat things up with hot Latin music
