Boardwalks enable these pathways to pass over root areas and work around existing tree trunks in a manner that enables east - west connections to be made without the need for excessive tree loss. • New pathways / cycle links have been designed so they are clear, legible, attractive and inviting. Wide curved routes connect each group of buildings with the hub. Where possible these pathways are routed along the site’s contours in order to restrict the number of steps required within the landscape. • Proposed pathways are to be complemented with hedge and tree planting to further define these routes. • The link between the heart of the campus and development zone will include surfacing, furniture and lighting which befits its strategic status. Where this route is proposed along existing roadways, these will be regraded and resurfaced to create shared surface spaces with pedestrian priority. • Vehicular movement through to Plantation Park from the hall will be controlled through repositioning of removable bollards Proposed Social Hub and Reception A Proposed Townhouses B Proposed Cluster Flats C Medical Centre D
