Fifty Five – Summary
In this third week of the summary, we now need to reaffirm our commitment to
customer c.a.r.e. This requires that we continuously repeat and confirm our Trilogy
Testimony, by reading it, absorbing it and contemplating it. But one word of caution
– accept confusion from those close to you, and in your interactions with people
who still have to tread this path, avoid any feelings of superiority. It’s great to be a
customer c.a.r.e professional, and it’s a great feeling. But don’t slip, so continue to
repeat the Trilogy Truths, and continue to follow these truths.
