transparent surface, much like a glass canopy, to welcome maximum natural light. This is achieved through engineering innovations such as pushing the windscreen forward and downward and removing the B-pillar.
INNOVATIVE SEATING DESIGN
A revolutionary seat design has been introduced, one that combines a 3D-printed shell with single-piece moulded foam. This advanced construction allows for the creation of new, comfortable shapes and a clean, geometric aesthetic that is unattainable with traditional fabric-covered seats.
More fun, with endless customisation Extensive customisation is available for both the interior and exterior elements. This personalisation can be continually updated thanks to an optimised design that facilitates the quick replacement of parts, often in just a few minutes. Even the Hypersquare ® steering wheel can be customized with various colours and materials, setting the overall atmosphere of the cabin.
Exterior customisation extends from the front of the vehicle to the tyres. PEUGEOT ' s partner, Goodyear, contributes to this bespoke styling by combining coloured sidewalls with cutting-edge laser engraving, creating a unique and striking visual effect with different colour options to complement various vehicle configurations.
The PEUGEOT POLYGON CONCEPT is equipped with Goodyear tyres featuring advanced SightLine intelligent tyre technology. This technology enhances performance and connectivity by delivering real-time insights about the tyres and the road directly to the interior i-Cockpit reflective display.
A key feature is the system ' s ability to seamlessly recognise the fitted tyre when the concept switches between configurations. Furthermore, the displayed information is automatically tailored to the specific drive mode selected by the driver.
A SUSTAINABLE DESIGN APPROACH
The Polygon concept prioritizes sustainability by maximizing the incorporation of recycled materials throughout the vehicle.
KEY INITIATIVES INCLUDE:
Interior Paint The lacquer features components recycled from end-of-life tires. Cabin Covering The entire cabin( floor, ceiling, door panels, etc.) is covered in forged textile. This innovative material, made from recycled seats of deconstructed PEUGEOT vehicles, reinforces the brand ' s commitment to a circular economy.
Seating The seats feature a unique design with shells made from recycled plastic( R-PET). These shells are produced using large-scale 3D printing, a pioneering technique in the automotive industry developed in partnership with Spanish company Nagami.
