THIS STREAMLINED APPROACH DELIVERS SEVERAL KEY BENEFITS:
Increased Efficiency: Fewer components result in a lighter vehicle, improving overall efficiency.
SIMPLIFIED LIFE CYCLE: Assembly and disassembly are easier, especially for end-of-life recycling.
SEATS: The seats are composed of just three primary elements- the shell, structure, and foam- instead of the dozens found in conventional seating. The foam, a single piece developed with Belgian specialists Sixinch, is coated with a tinted protective layer. Doors: The vehicle features only two large XXL butterfly doors instead of four standard doors. This design enhances cabin accessibility, simplifies manufacturing, and further reduces the total part count.
WHEEL COVERS: The wheel covers, including their fastening system, are 3D-printed as a single piece from recycled plastic( R-PET).
Many of the POLYGON CONCEPT ' s components are designed for easy replacement, encouraging longer ownership and allowing the vehicle to adapt to its owner ' s evolving tastes and needs, thereby extending its lifespan.
CUSTOMISATION: Elements like the Hypersquare ® steering wheel, wheel covers, and dashboard can all be effortlessly swapped out.
SEAT FOAM: The seat foam can be changed in minutes to refresh the vehicle with a new colour or a different shape.

EXPLORER
The EXPLORER concept is built for adventure, boasting a rugged, purposeful, and tough exterior. With an elevated stance and protective accents, it looks every bit as capable as it drives.
