GENERAL NEWS News Briefs By Mike Hughes 1 100m² extension for Pilane Crossing Time Projects is responsible for the project management and construction of the new additions at Pilane Crossing. This new addition is a reflection on the success of the mall. We are now creating an additional 1 100m² of mixed use area that will be completed by February 2019. The new businesses earmarked to move in are a battery shop, a tyre and exhaust shop, and a motor spares shop. Upmarket office units selling fast at Setlhoa Office Park By Brett Marlin Red East has been awarded the building contract and will be getting ready to start on site in the next few weeks. Red East were lowest in the selected tender and narrowly beat Sharps Construction, with Gut & Mas, BJ Builders and Concor a little further behind. The principle behind the development is to provide affordable high- quality office space on the northern side of town in parklike gardens to provide an environment where people can work in a comfortable setting that makes coming to work a pleasure. All the units in the development are for sale and we have been really fortunate to have already sold almost 50% of the units before construction started, but I guess that is a function of the products and the quality of the products that we take to the market. We have units available from as little as 150m² to as large as 1 000m², but whether you are buying a small or large unit you will receive the same quality product. We anticipate that the development will be ready for occupation in September 2019.
