Setlhoa Showrooms sold out within one week
By Brett Martin
A landowner of a plot in Setlhoa asked us to assist in developing his plot.
We were surprised when in little over a week we managed to secure sales
for the landowner for the entire development.
The development only comprises of six showroom units, but we were still
taken aback at how quickly the units were sold. This clearly indicates that
Setlhoa is going to become another retail hub in Gaborone. It is clear
from the market that if you offer a high quality product at a reasonable
price, it will be snapped up by investors and end users alike.
After missing out so closely on the Setlhoa Office Park tender and on
the back of the fantastic job that was done by Sharps Construction, we
have decided to appoint them as main contractors on this project.
We anticipate that the development will be starting in October and will
be ready for occupation in September 2019. Roy will be the project
manager and will give you updates in future newsletters.
