Setlhoa Retail Park construction commences January 2019
On the back of the success of the Design Quarter and the demand for people wanting to buy their own showrooms , we approached a landowner in Setlhoa to establish if they would want to engage us to develop showrooms for sale . We are happy to announce that we will be starting the development of Setlhoa Retail Park in January 2019 , for completion in December 2019 .

We have used the same principle that we used for the Design Quarter from the walkway in front of the units to the large glazed shopfront and open plan double volume showroom area with a mezzanine at the rear .
The units being developed are 230m ² and if additional space is needed a number of units can be incorporated together to give you the desired size .
