Munali Mall opens in Zambia

Our second completed shopping centre in Zambia, Munali
Mall, was officially opened on 30 August by the Lusaka
Province Minister Bowman Lusambo. Munali Mall, a 6 000m²
centre anchored by Shoprite, was developed for PrimeTime
who now own six investment properties in Zambia.
Heinrich and the rest of the Zambian team have been hard
at work trying to complete the centre, secure tenants and
ensure they open on time. The centre is really looking good
and is going to be even better when all the tenants are
open and trading. Heinrich was ably assisted in getting the
development done by the contractor, Liege Africa.
