Today it has been discovered that there is a hidden ingredient that can be in abundant quantities in many foods, it is called ghost sugar. Remember to read the labels of everything you eat and give to your children.

Remember that sugar is a very efficient preservative, there are also substances that replace sugar, artificial sweeteners such as saccharin, aspartame, acesulfame K, sucralose. These are made in a laboratory from petroleum and other compounds that are harmful to health.
